1. Need to put in the oven in the laboratory, please communicate with the person in charge of the analysis and testing center before purchasing, determine the number and location of the oven.

2. Before using the oven/drying box, please read carefully the matters needing attention in the use of the oven and fill in the use record book. The indoor temperature and humidity should be filled in the column of environmental conditions, and the temperature of the drying articles should be filled in the column of equipment parameters.

3. Long-term unused oven in use must be empty test, to determine the normal operation of each system, before use.

4. When the oven is closed, the plug can be unplugged. It is forbidden to unplug the plug with electricity so as to avoid burning the socket and damaging the instrument.

5, when placed in drying items, it should be noted that the arrangement should not be too dense. Drying articles can not be placed on the radiator board to avoid affecting the flow of hot air and preventing fire. Glass articles that need to be dried must be washed and dried before they can be put into the oven.

6. The temperature sensor in the oven should leave some space around. The drying articles can not contact the temperature sensor in the oven, and can not squeeze the sensor. Otherwise, it will lead to temperature control failure and fire.

7, prohibit placing flammable, explosive, volatile, perishable items. If it is necessary to dry filter paper, degreased cotton and other fiber goods, it should be in accordance with the relevant standards and strict control of the temperature, in order to avoid damage to the goods or cause accidents.

8. When the oven/drying oven is used at a temperature exceeding 100 degrees centigrade, someone should be on guard at any time. If the oven needs to be used overnight, the temperature should not exceed 60 degrees centigrade (choose the precision oven as far as possible). When the temperature in the oven is very high (especially when the working temperature is above 200 ~C), the oven door should be opened until the temperature is below 60 ~C to prevent the glass door from being cracked by cold explosion.

9. Please remove the drying items in time after the oven is finished, and fill in the record book again. The 3 floor oven room can't store anything.

10, the oven / dryer should be kept clean inside and outside. After the oven is used, the oven is cleaned regularly and the oven chamber is cleaned under the condition of cutting off the power supply.

11. Those who violate the above regulations stop using the oven, clean up the baked goods, and will be held responsible for the safety accidents caused by the illegal operation.
